  1. Coconut Milk

You need a cup of coconut milk. How to use it? Take coconut milk and rub it to your scalp using a hair dye brush. Then cover your head with a towel just like creambath in the salon, wait around 20 minutes. You can ideally prepare coconut milk at home by grinding the grated coconut and squeezing its milk. After 20 minutes, rinse your hair with cold water and use shampoo. You can use this essence for the best result once in a week.

Coconut milk has much vitamin E and fats that moisturize hair, so it will be healthy. The milk is also rich in potassium, another vital ingredient for hair growth. Coconut milk is rich in proteins, essential fats, and minerals such as potassium. Using coconut milk can help reduce breakage of hair. Coconut oil also contains the same nutrients which strengthens the hair from the root through the shaft to the tip.

  1. Aloe Vera

You have to prepare a leaf (or even a stalk) of the aloe vera plant. This traditional way to treat hair growth is easy to do without any effort because we can plant aloevera at home or buy in markets. How to make it? Take the extract of the pulp from the leaf or stalk and rub into your hair. Before use this item, you should wash your hair. Then massage the pulp into your scalp in circular motions to get best result. Just leave it around 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water thouroughly. Do this process thrice a week in the morning after you have done shampooing. Aloe vera can make the pH levels of the scalp and hair balanced. Be careful because the yellow sap of the aloe vera plant contains toxins that can irritate the skin if you are latex intolerant.

  1. Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

Prepare 4 or 5 Indian gooseberries and a cup of virgin coconut oil. Or you can also prepare Indian gooseberries and lime juice. Or you can prepare Indian gooseberry oil with coconut oil too. There are three methods that you can do at home. Here are the explanation of each method.

Method 1: Boil the dried Indian gooseberries with coconut oil until the oil turns black. Then wait for it to cool and massage your scalp with this oil. You have to wait around 20 minutes and then shampooing your hair as usual.

Method 2: Crush the amla fruit to get the extract or juice. Mix 2 tea spoons of this juice or amla powder with an enough quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Apply this hair mask on your scalp and allow it to dry by itself. Then rinse off with warm water. After that you do not have to shampoo your hair.

Method 3: Mix coconut oil and Indian gooseberry oil with the same or equal dosage. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Then apply this mixture thoroughly on the scalp. The last step is rinse off with water. You have to do this treatment once in a week to fight the hair loss. But if you just want to take care the hair, you can do this treatment once in two week.
